Terms of Use

You must be an adult to create a Fambright account, and the account is for your own family's homeschooling. You're responsible for what happens under your account — including keeping your children's PINs and your family device code inside your household.

Fambright organizes, drafts, and encourages — it does not replace you. AI-drafted plans and activities are suggestions that you review and approve; you're responsible for deciding what your children learn and for meeting any homeschooling requirements that apply where you live. Fambright is not a school, does not issue credentials, and its records are a convenience, not an official transcript.

Curio drafts age-appropriate content and we screen student conversations for safety, but AI makes mistakes. Review what it produces the way you'd review any teaching material before handing it to your child — that's why nothing publishes without your approval.

Fambright is young. During early access the service is free, provided as-is, and may change, break, or be briefly unavailable while we build. If we ever introduce paid plans, we'll tell you clearly before anything is charged. Your data-export and deletion rights (see Privacy) apply regardless.

Don't attempt to access other families' data, probe or overload the service, or use Fambright to generate content that has nothing to do with educating your family. We may suspend accounts that do.

You can stop using Fambright and delete your family's data at any time. We can end or suspend the service with reasonable notice; if we ever shut down, we'll give you time and tools to take your data with you.
